You may have noticed our site was down briefly on Monday.

I would love to explain that prior to the Summer Solstice, when the earth is on an oblique angle of its axis perpendicular to the gravitational pull of the moon, then solar flares and associated radiation create a rift in the space-time continuum that can negatively impact our Homepage.

Unfortunately, reality is never as good as make believe, and occasionally (despite our best efforts), technological snafus occur. According to our Tech Support team, the problem has been resolved.

If we experience further difficulties, rest assured we will hold our Tech Support staff hostage until there is a resolution.

Don't hesitate to call us at 1-877-221-6418 if you are still experiencing problems (the phone lines actually work), or email us at askme@virtualbx.com.

In the near future, you will be receiving a notice from us as we implement VBX’s own Emergency Broadcast System to help our members stay online in the event of "summer solstice solar flare snafus" (we pray that we will never have to use it).

Once again, we apologize for any inconvenience to your business and thank you for your support.

Best regards,

Michael T. Tollette - CEO
