Greenville (Hunt County) — Wildcatter Realty Partners, a regional real estate investment and development company headquartered in Dallas-Fort Worth, announces the launch of The Greenbelt, a 325-acre master-planned, mixed-use development.
Connected to the city but with plenty of room to grow, The Greenbelt is bordered by Interstate Highway 30, Monty Stratton Parkway, State Highway 34 (Wesley Street) and FM 1570 – approximately four miles south of downtown Greenville.
“When fully built out, The Greenbelt will include residential, commercial, cultural, institutional and entertainment destinations for everyone – all linked by hike and bike trails, a disc golf course, family-friendly parks, water features and natural wooded areas,” said Wildcatter Realty Partners Senior Vice President Ted Murphy. “The first-of-its-kind development in Greenville, our plans are tethered to creating a unique space to relax, rediscover and reconnect.”
Groundbreaking for the first development is expected in the first quarter of 2023.
“Greenville is a progressive town with a traditional attitude that embraces a comfortable yet vibrant lifestyle. A prime location, along with excellent amenities and services, makes the Hunt County submarket a highly desirable place to live, work and play,” Murphy said. “The Greenbelt provides a community of opportunity, connected by nature and timeless architecture.”
