San Antonio (Bexar County) – Stream Realty Partners and McCombs Properties, the real estate arm of McCombs Enterprises, recently broke ground on a speculative 179,655 square foot Class A warehouse development in Northeast San Antonio.
The project, Gateway 10 Business Park, Building 1, is located on Interstate 10 E in Northeast San Antonio near Foster Road and is scheduled for completion in June of 2018. The project benefits from an array of amenities such as great ingress/egress, excellent Interstate 10 visibility with signage opportunities, Foreign Trade Zone (FTZ) and Triple Freeport Tax Exemption.
The building is designed to maximize efficiency by offering 32-foot clear height, 230-foot building depth, 52’ x 55’ column spacing, 38 dock high rear-load doors, 18 additional trailer drops, T5 lighting and ESFR fire suppression.
Gateway10 Business Park is a 100+ acre master planned development offering retail, commercial and industrial land sites as well as speculative warehouse space and build to suit opportunities for qualified users. Building 1 is just the beginning of what will ultimately be a 1,300,000 square foot Class A Business Park with retail and other commercial amenities on the east and west ends of the park.
The location on IH 10 E just east of the Loop 410/IH 35 interchange provides companies with the ability to efficiently serve the San Antonio and Greater Texas market by taking advantage of the easy access to local thoroughfares and interstates that connect San Antonio to all of the major Texas markets as well as the East Coast, West Coast and Midwest
