Plano (Collin County) — Leading multi-family general contractor KWA Construction has completed the construction of McDermott Park Senior Living, located in Plano.
A luxury active adult community, McDermott Park offers spacious units and upgraded amenities throughout.
This marks the 15th project KWA has built for Seneca Investments.

Located at 8312 Angels Drive in North Plano, just south of Sam Rayburn Tollway, the 130,327-square-foot apartment community boasts a total of 144 units across its two buildings.
Its amenities include a heated saltwater pool, fitness center, high-tech computer center, theater, coffee bar and indoor and outdoor lounge areas for socializing.
The spacious one-, two- and three-bedroom floor plans will feature modern finishes throughout, including stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, custom nine- and twelve-foot ceilings with private patios and sun rooms in select units.
The experienced property management firm Portico was selected as the leasing team. Portico Property Management currently leases over 7,300 units throughout 33 communities nationwide.
