McKinney (Collin County) — KWA Construction, a leading general contractor of multifamily developments in Texas, has broken ground on HUB 121 at Craig Ranch, a highly anticipated urban apartment community in the heart of McKinney’s newest entertainment district.
Seneca Investments’ planned development spans 340,000 square feet and will offer 286 units located just minutes from destination shopping, chef-driven cuisine, craft breweries and live music and entertainment venues.
“Young families seeking a modern suburban lifestyle have been flocking to the McKinney’s Craig Ranch community in the last several years. Overflowing with amenities, HUB 121 at Craig Ranch is expected to draw even more families and young professionals to this attractive area,” said KWA Construction President Brian Webster.
Located northwest of the Sam Rayburn Tollway and Alma Road at 7201 Henneman Way, this multifamily development designed by the Plano architects at Domus Studio Group.
It will offer high-end appliances, smart apartment features, ceilings up to 13 feet, a resort-style salt water infinity pool, bocce ball court, a resident-only co-working center, a high-tech fitness center and more.
The community is designed to be just as luxurious for pets as it is for people, and will feature several spacious dog parks with covered entrances, shaded rest areas and direct access from select units, as well as two dog spas.
Hub 121 at Craig Ranch is scheduled for completion in December 2020.
