Trammell Crow Company in Houston does a lot of industrial development. For instance, TCC is currently developing Park 8Ninety, a warehouse/storage facilities business park in Missouri City.
Dare brings over 24 years of experience on commercial and mixed-use projects. He has worked for prominent architectural firms, delivering projects locally, nationally and internationally.
He was a principal at Abel Design Group from 2011-2018, and he was a senior associate at Gensler from 2000-2009. In the interim period between Gensler and Abel Design, Lovett ran his own firm.
