Fort Worth (Tarrant County)–Diversified real estate investment and management firm Presidium has begun vertical construction on Presidium at Revelstoke, a luxury residential community west of Alliance Town Center (ATC), North Fort Worth’s premier shopping and dining hub.
Site preparation and the installation of infrastructure began in 2018. The first building is expected to be completed in mid-late 2020.
The three-story, 466,515-square foot development will be the first multifamily community in proximity to ATC that both incorporates modern design throughout and fully integrates SMART technology into units. SMART tech allows residents to control the temperature, access and lighting in the homes from their wireless devices.
“Corporate relocations and expansions are driving the demand for high-end multifamily communities in North Fort Worth,” said John Griggs, Co-Founder and Co-CEO of Presidium. “Residents will enjoy a modern, technologically-advanced living experience at Revelstoke, which was designed with a contemporary architectural approach to create a luxurious lifestyle for residents.”
Presidium selected Dallas-based O’Brien Architects to design the property, Kimley-Horn as the civil engineering firm and Provident General Contractors as the builder.
Constructed on a 17.24-acre site at 9600 Blue Mound Road, Revelstoke will feature 408 units with 9-foot ceilings, upscale finishes and energy efficient stainless-steel appliances. The community members will enjoy a resort-style pool with cabanas, gas grills and game areas, a second floor outdoor deck overlooking the pool area and a state-of-the-art fitness center with a dedicated spin and yoga studio.
The 10,000-square foot clubhouse and leasing center will contain a full-size demonstration kitchen, business center and billiards room. Other outdoor amenities include a dog park with a washing station, onsite car wash, electric car charging station and a community playground.
Presidium purchased the land from Hanover Property Company. John Carter of Hanover handled the sale for Hanover.
This is Presidium’s second significant groundbreaking in recent weeks. In early September, the firm also kicked off construction at Presidium at Town Center, a 370-unit luxury residential community in one of Jacksonville, Florida’s most sought after entertainment districts.
