Burleson (Tarrant and Johnson County) — KWA Construction, a North Texas general contractor specializing in multifamily, recently topped out on the Atlantica at Burleson (formerly Reed Parke).
Developed by Sovereign Properties and designed by Womack + Hampton Architects LLC, the 217-unit multifamily complex will encompass 296,175 square feet on the southern edge of the thriving Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex.
The City of Burleson is known for its growing economic development, low crime rates, an outstanding school system and consists of more than 20 parks and 550 acres of green spaces, making it a desirable community for business, recreation and comfortable living.

Atlantica at Burleson is a three-story building that will feature 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom units, a leasing office, 58 storage units, an eight-bay garage, carports and a seven-bay bike storage.
Enhancing comfort and convenience for its residents, the community will also include amenities such as an outdoor gaming lawn, a cyber café, fitness and yoga studio, a dazzling pool, outdoor grilling areas, a dog spa and a dog park. Atlantica at Burleson is expected to be completed in June 2022 and will be located at 285 SE John Jones Drive.
