Austin (Travis County) — North American real estate developer Intracorp recently held a groundbreaking ceremony for their new One Oak condominium development.
Construction will now begin on the new creekside residential development at One Oak, along with sales. Located in the heart of Bouldin Creek, the four-story building will offer a total of 106 residences on 2.7 acres in an area that’s beaming with natural beauty while also surging with the dynamic energy of city life, according to a news release.
One Oak will include a mix of eight live-work storefronts on the first floor, 88-units on the second and third floors, and 10 exclusive penthouses on the fourth floor, known as the Canopy Collection.
The community’s dedication to a high quality of living for its residents is exemplified in the amenities, both outdoor and indoor, which include an expansive central courtyard overlooking Bouldin Creek with a negative-edge pool, private poolside cabanas, and outdoor grills and dining areas, as well as a Creekside Lounge, fitness and recovery center, and private coworking offices. One Oak move-ins are planned for late 2023.
“Now comes the really exciting part, watching the vision become a real community. We’ve taken great care in the design and planning of One Oak to make it a community that is not only timeless and state-of-the-art, but also celebrates the natural beauty of its green spaces and the spirit of the Bouldin neighborhood,” said William Sayers, development director at Intracorp Texas.
Also, at Intracorp’s third Austin development, Congress Lofts at St. Elmo, located at 4315 South Congress Avenue, the Letter of Intent (LOI) program is set to begin in April 2022. Congress Lofts will be a 5-story building consisting of 139 residential homes, along with 9 live-work storefronts on the ground floor and an anchor 3,800-square-foot commercial space. It will be one of Austin’s only true loft-style communities and will offer amenities aimed at supporting personal health in a vibrant location in the midst of redevelopment into a highly walkable area that includes The Yard and St. Elmo Public Market.
The One Oak groundbreaking also comes on the heels of Intracorp’s recently announced plans to develop their next transformative downtown project, Conrad Austin and Conrad Residences Austin. At 750 feet, it will be the tallest residential tower and hotel in Austin. Located at 311 E. 2nd Street, the tower will offer a limited collection of 136 one, two, three, and four-bedroom residences with stunning views and private outdoor spaces. The reservation program for Conrad Residences Austin is planned to launch in late spring 2022.
