Garland (Dallas County) - Construction is underway at Firewheel Senior Living Residences, a 154-unit,upscale senior living community near the sprawling Firewheel Golf Course.

KWA Construction, a general contractor specializing in multifamily developers in Texas, is working with Seneca Investments and architect David Kirch to build the luxury senior living project. Firewheel Senior Living Residences is aimed to meet the demands of Texas seniors who want comfortable, top=tier amenities.
