Austin (Travis County) –Toronto-based Wolfe, an award-winning design firm known for creating thoughtful and luxurious interiors, is launching their Thoughtform Design Build.
The company’s extension into the U.S. will specialize in high-end residential, hospitality and commercial properties, focusing on projects throughout the Sun Belt region. A primary focus for the new Austin studio will be to provide premium homebuilding services for those seeking a custom residence with elevated, purposeful design.

Thoughtform is a proponent of the WELL Building Standard, a commitment to producing “people-first” spaces that includes deploying various techniques, from biophilic design to environmental psychology. In line with Thoughtform’s human-centric philosophy, all projects will be designed from the inside out for an enriched experience. This includes a unique focus on hybrid living design, which recognizes that the ways in which individuals interact with their homes have shifted into an all-encompassing relationship, where work and play are more intertwined than ever. Thoughtform aims to set the standard for creating luxury hybrid living spaces by seamlessly weaving in amenities that inspire occupants to thrive personally and professionally.
Led under the creative direction of President and Creative Director Jessica Neilas, the women-owned and operated team has an elevated design approach that results in superior construction and high-performance living for clients. Thoughtform was built on extensive knowledge and experience in residential and commercial development and investment, land acquisitions, construction and project management.
Services will range from interior design to a complete design-build, as well as site acquisition and start-to-finish consultant coordination and management. Thoughtform bridges the gap between vision and technical execution by providing streamlined services at all stages of homebuilding, from site selection all the way through to occupancy.

“Developing a genuine relationship with our clients and understanding their needs, both on an aesthetic and functional level, is at the heart of our mission to create meaningful spaces that they can grow in for years to come,” says Thoughtform founder Jessica Neilas. “We look forward to being dedicated partners to those in Austin and beyond who may be looking to boost how they work, play and live.”
Wolfe Interior Design was founded in Toronto in 2016, working to carefully capture clients’ lifestyles through design for nearly two decades. Past notable projects include hotels, residential developments, health and wellness facilities and spas such as the Shangri-La Hotel Spa in Toronto.
Inspired by an influx of real estate opportunities across the Sun Belt region, Neilas chose Austin as Thoughtform’s home base due to the growing demographic of residents who value wellness, physical activity and the merging of indoor and outdoor spaces.
The first Thoughtform-designed home is underway in the Bouldin Creek area and is designed to elevate what a home can be by bringing its ethos into one thoughtful project. Homes will be available to both private clients and commercial property developers.
The firm hopes to continue growth throughout Texas and add to the projects they also have in Miami and Los Angeles.
