Cesar Chavez Blvd, and Phase 2 which runs from North of Guadalupe Ybarra St to south of S Alamo St. It will include Landscaping, Irrigation, Sand Blasting, Hand Rails, Wayfinding, Concrete Trails, Street Signs, and Stone Paving.
