San Antonio (Bexar County) — Dallas-based developer Presidium announced today the groundbreaking of Presidium at Chase Hill, a luxury residential community neighboring the La Cantera Resort.
The 425,000-square-foot development will incorporate resort-style luxuries into everyday life for residents. The project is expected to be completed by early to mid-2022.
This will be Presidium’s first development in San Antonio.
“Presidium at Chase Hill will offer residents the best of both worlds – close proximity to San Antonio’s biggest employers and most popular retail and entertainment destinations in a beautiful, secluded environment with expansive views of the Hill County and resort-style amenities. This project is the next step in our mission to redefine the standard of luxurious living.” said Mark T. Farrell, President of Development for Presidium.
“Sprawled across the rolling hills of Central Texas, this master-planned community embodies the style and architecture of the Texas Hill Country that surrounds it,” he said.
Located northeast of the intersection of Babcock Road and Chase Hill Boulevard, the property encompasses 17 acres of wooded Hill Country terrain and has an of 15950 Chase Hill Blvd.

The community members will enjoy luxury pools and private cabanas overlooking the golf course as well as outdoor kitchens with grilling areas. Other outdoor amenities include a dog park with a grooming station, a rooftop terrace, and a poolside lounge.
The expansive clubhouse and leasing center will contain a 2-story fitness center with yoga room, multiple WIFI-lounges, a media room, and a gourmet kitchen and bar area for resident use.
