Houston (Harris County) — Trammell Crow Company (TCC), a leading real estate developer and JV partner Clarion Partners, has broken ground on the third and final development phase at Weiser Business Park in the northwest portion of the city.
Located near the recently completed intersection of US Highway 290 and Fallbrook Drive, phase three will consist of two Class-A, cross-dock industrial buildings measuring 273,740 square feet and 354,272 square feet. These will be the fifth and sixth buildings in the park. Construction is expected to be completed in October 2025.
Buildings 5 and 6 at Weiser Business Park were designed by Seeberger Architecture and incorporate best-in-class design features, including 36-foot clear heights, 54-foot-wide column spacing, trailer parking and ESFR sprinkler systems. A&F General Contractors is the general contractor, and Cadence Bank provides construction financing. The project has prioritized sustainability and Buildings 5 and 6 have been designed to achieve LEED certification for energy efficiency.
Once fully complete, Weiser Business Park will offer more than 1.7 million sq. ft. of Class-A industrial space across six buildings.
“The start of construction on the final phase of Weiser Business Park marks an exciting milestone for this premier industrial development,” said Kyle Bateman, vice president with TCC Houston. “With its unbeatable infill location in Houston’s Northwest industrial submarket and direct access to US 290, this project is perfectly positioned to attract tenants seeking efficient distribution to the region’s rapidly growing communities.”
Buildings 5 and 6 are located at 14311 and 14281 Fallbrook Drive.
