Houston (Harris County) — Junction Commercial Real Estate, a full-service commercial real estate firm specializing in development, construction management, investment management, and brokerage, has completed construction on Junction Fairbanks, a two-building, industrial distribution park totaling 445,246 square feet at 8535 Fairbanks North Houston Road, in the northwest portion of the city.
The site is situated in unincorporated Harris County, outside the City of Houston limits, offering added flexibility for occupiers in the market.
Building 1 totals 321,475 square feet and features a cross-dock configuration with 36’ clear height, 64 dock-high doors, 4 oversized grade-level doors, and 94 trailer stalls. The building can accommodate occupiers from 80,369 square feet to a full-building opportunity.
Building 2 is a 23,771 square foot front-load building with a 32’ clear height, 36 dock-high doors, 2 oversized grade-level doors, 48 trailer stalls, and 65 car parking spaces. It is divisible by 28,080 square feet.
