Georgetown (Williamson County)— A local developer plans to expand its North Side business park with an additional 18,792 square feet of office space.
Georgetown Planning and Zoning Commission on May 19 recommended approval of a site development plan for Park Lane Business Park at 1625 Williams Drive.

Keister Properties , the developer, owns one 2,314-square-foot office building on the 3.2-acre site.
Expansion plans call for the construction of three more one-story office structures.
Two will measure 5,614 square feet each; the third will measure 7,564 square feet.
The new buildings will be designed to look like the existing structure — with cut stone, plaster, glazing, and gray metal roofs.
The maximum heights of the new buildings will range from 19 feet-23 feet. Plans also call for a screen fence, 54 parking spaces and a detention pond.
Construction will unfold in two phases, but there’s no estimated construction timeline.
There is neither an estimated construction cost nor delivery method available.
Local firm JAB Engineering is the civil engineer, and Canyon Lake-based MHB Landscape Architect is the landscape designer.
