Frisco (Denton County) —KWA Construction has topped out on Remy, a 357-unit, five-story luxury community with a six-story parking garage and best-in-class amenities located within one of the most burgeoning mixed-use developments in the Metroplex, Frisco Square.
In addition to Remy, KWA Construction was selected as the general contractor for Lyle and The Settler, the first three thoughtfully-designed rental communities being brought to North Texas as part of the joint venture between Equity Residential and Toll Brothers Apartment Living — a rental subsidiary of the nation’s leading builder of luxury homes, Toll Brothers, Inc.
