Fort Worth (Tarrant County) — Presidium, a diversified real estate investment and management firm, is making headway on its three-part, 1,100-unit development plan in North Fort Worth with the leasing of the first phase of Presidium Berkshire.
The 340-unit, 352,000-square-foot luxury community is located in the rapidly-developing area where noteworthy companies such as Facebook, Amazon, Bell, BNSF Rail Way and Charles Schwab call home and is in close proximity to sought-after entertainment district Alliance Town Center (ATC).
While Presidium Berkshire is currently leasing units, this first phase of the project is expected to be fully complete early 2023.
“With North Fort Worth being one of the fastest-growing metropolitan areas in the U.S., our goal with Presidium Berkshire was to take a deep dive into the residents who have relocated here and invest in new and creative ways to build an environment they genuinely want to spend time in. From a speak-easy inspired bar to a H20 Lounge and more, Presidium Berkshire beckons residents to kick back and enjoy an authentic lifestyle of connection, comfort and convenience,” said Presidium President of Development Mark Farrell.
Designed by Dallas-based O’Brien Architects, each of Presidium Berkshire’s units will offer nine-foot ceilings, natural wood-inspired flooring, energy-efficient stainless-steel appliances surrounded by designer quartz-style countertops, built-in desks and mudrooms, spacious balconies, walk-in closets, in-unit front load washer and dryers with designated folding space, walk-in showers with garden-style tubs and high-class finishes.
For even more added convenience, each unit features keyless entry doors, built-in USB ports and Honeywell thermostats, which allows residents to control the temperature, monitor humidity and access lighting remotely from their wireless devices. Additionally, all apartment homes will be connected through a series of air-conditioned interior corridors with elevators for maximum comfort year-round.
Future residents of Presidium Berkshire will enjoy a variety of unique amenities and top-notch interiors catered to the modern renter’s appetite for upscale living, such as an expansive clubroom with gaming tables, a speak-easy style bar, a co-working lounge with private offices and a Wi-Fi café, H20 lounge, private offices and conference rooms, a high-end demonstration kitchen, an ultramodern two-story fitness center with a dedicated yoga studio and private garages.
Outdoor amenities will include a dog park, pet grooming station, car wash, EV charging stations, a resort-style pool with fountain splash pads, a spacious second-floor roof deck overlooking the pool area and an outdoor kitchen area with multiple grills.
Situated at 9632 Berkshire Lake Blvd. on a 26-acre site, Presidium Berkshire capitalizes on everything North Fort Worth has to offer, from a wide variety of attractions, such as retail, restaurants and entertainment at Presidio Town Crossing, as well as medical services and significant office and industrial space.
Phase one of the Presidium Berkshire project is expected to begin housing residents in October, offering units ranging from $1,480 for a studio to $2,690 for a three-bedroom apartment per month. During phase two of the project which is set to break ground later this year, Presidium plans to develop an additional 302 apartment units alongside the initial Presidium Berkshire building.
