Austin (Travis County) — On May 4, Brookfield Residential Properties hosted the grand opening of Skyline Park, a 21-acre greenspace located in southeast Austin inside the up-and-coming Easton Park neighborhood.
The opening amassed over 6,000 RSVPs with more than 4,000 attendees day-of enjoying the park’s expansive lawn, splash pad, playscapes, interactive sculpture and live music by DJ Cassandra and CJ Sparks under the central pavilion.
The carnival-themed get together brought together residents and nonresidents to enjoy carnival and lawn games, interactive pop-ups and local food vendors and kicked off with remarks from Brad Chelton, regional president of Texas at Brookfield Residential and City of Austin Councilmember Vanessa Fuentes.
Skyline Park broke ground in August of 2022 and its grand opening signifies the start of many years of play to come.
