Austin (Travis County) — Jackson-Shaw has announced the completion of ATX 130 Business Park.
The 67-acre, four-building complex, totaling 602,470 square feet hopes to become a premier industrial development in the growing Southeast Austin submarket.
Building 3, spanning 207,280 square feet, is 100% leased to Ferguson, a distributor of plumbing supplies, PVF, waterworks and fire and fabrication products. Ferguson will be occupying the building and begin operations this month. The state-of-the-art facility features a 32-foot clear height and 45 dock doors, showcasing the area’s high demand for quality industrial space.
Additionally, the 120,440-square-foot Building 1 has been 100% pre-leased to Hotline Delivery, a third-party logistics company seeking closer proximity to Austin-Bergstrom International Airport. Hotline Delivery will be occupying the building this month as well.
Buildings 2 (80,365 square feet) and 4 (194,385 square feet) is nearing completion and will be delivered soon, both featuring move-in ready spec office space to accommodate tenants’ immediate needs.

The ATX 130 business park is located with access to Interstate 35, State Highway 130 and State Highway 71 and is near to Austin-Bergstrom International Airport and the Tesla Gigafactory. The project features Class A specifications throughout, including ESFR fire protection systems, ample parking and trailer storage.
