Fort Worth (Tarrant County) — A major new film and television production hub is coming to the Alliance area of Fort Worth as SGS Studios, owned by filmmaker Taylor Sheridan, partners with development company Hillwood to launch a 450,000-square-foot production campus.
The facility will be the largest studio complex operating in Texas and will initially support four Paramount Television productions. As part of the partnership, SGS Studios will operate and oversee all on-site production services, positioning the campus as a full-service destination for both current projects and future industry growth.
Fort Worth City Council member Alan Blaylock praised the development, calling it a milestone for District 10. “The project will create quality jobs, attract talent, and boost local businesses while showcasing our city as a premier destination for media production,” he said.
The Alliance Texas campus will be the first in a planned series of studio sites across Hillwood’s 27,000-acre development. Future expansions are expected to include additional sound stages, post-production facilities, vendor support space, and scalable infrastructure designed to attract long-term film and television investment to North Texas.
