Round Rock (Williamson County) — The Houston office of a national developer has registered an architectural barrier project report with a state regulatory agency, giving notice of plans for infrastructure work at a potential multifamily development.
The site is undeveloped and located at 1350 W. Louis Henna Blvd. The vacant lot is part of the once proposed Frontera Ridge Campus that was to be developed byW2 Real Estate Partners.
W2 Real Estate Partners Executive Vice President Steven Freche told VBX that the property was sold last week and that the proposed Frontera Ridge Campus would not be constructed.
Alliance Realty Partners, LLC is proposing to construct Frontera Ridge Apartments, according to the report filed Dec. 8 with the Texas Department of Licensing & Regulation.
The scope of work involves site work for the project including utility, water, wastewater, storm, grading, retaining walls, roadway, sidewalks, and landscaping at an estimated cost of $15 million. The civil work was reported by the civil engineering firm Waeltz & Prete Inc. of Round Rock.
Construction on the infrastructure phase is expected to begin by May 15 and take four months to complete.
The apartment project is within a 328-acre mixed use master plan that was established in 2015 by W2 Real Estate Partners.
