Round Rock: Developer Files Permit for New $2 Million Church

Round Rock (Williamson County) — A local developer has filed a permit with a state regulatory agency for a new church.

The undeveloped property is located on 5.63 acres (245,330 SF) at 4550 Campus Village Drive in the northeast portion of the city.

Joseph Jenkinson, project manager with Atos, is proposing to develop The Church in Round Rock.

The religious facility will include a one-story 12,840 square-foot building with an assembly room, classrooms, bathrooms and a kitchen with an estimated cost of $2 million.

Construction is expected to begin on March 1, 2022 and be completed by August 31, 2023.

Ponciano Morales III Architect PLLC, out of Cedar Park, is on board the project.
