Pflugerville: Local Businessman Gives State Agency Notice on Gas Station Project

Pflugerville (Travis County) — An Austin businessman recently a state regulatory agency notice of his intent to build a $1.5 million gas station.

The 2-acre property is undeveloped and used for agricultural purposes. It is located at the intersection of Kelly Lane and Weiss Lane in the city’s extraterritorial jurisdiction.

The name of the project is Kelly Weiss Corner Gas Station and will include a 6,000 square foot convenience store with 2,500 square feet of lease space with five gas station islands,  associated parking stalls, a detention pond and driveway access from Kelly Lane and Weiss Lane.

The construction timeline for the project will begin on April 4, 2022 and be completed on April 3, 2023.

Mustaq Ali Momin owns the property through the entity Kellyweiss LLC.

Advanced Consulting Engineers, out of Austin, are on board the project.
