Pflugerville (Travis County) — A cloud-based software and mobile apps Round Rock-based company has filed a permit with a state regulatory agency for a new building.
The undeveloped property sits on a retail pad for Stone Hill Town Centre, a shopping mall located at 19421 Wilke Lane in the northeast portion of the city.
Smartwebs Inc. is proposing to develop a four story, 36,000 square-foot office building with a core and shell. Future tenant spaces being lit shells.
The reported construction cost estimate is $6.5 million.
The name of the project is Smartwebs Office Building and construction is expected to begin on Feb. 16, 2021 and be completed by May 24, 2023.
The Round Rock office of Moman Design is on board the project.
Smartwebs, founded in 2005, provides software services that provide community management to homeowner associations.
The project site is adjacent to a planned Lifestyle Communities multifamily development that recently broke ground and was reported on in a Nov. 22 VBX article.
