Pflugerville: Alabama Developer Planning $77 Million Multifamily Development

Pflugerville (Travis County) — An Alabama developer has filed a permit with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation for a $77 million multifamily development.

The project will be located on 30.5 acres, southeast of the intersection of SH 130 and East Pecan Street in the southeast portion of the city.

The working name of the project adheres to the project site address, 3001 E. Pecan Street Multi-Family.

The project will include 528,301 square feet of multifamily development, along with all associated site improvements.

LIV Development, a developer based in Birmingham, Alabama, specializes in multifamily and senior housing projects. It is also an investment firm committed to delivering strong and consistent returns to their investors, according to their website.

Construction on the commercial project is expected to begin on April 1, 2022 and be completed by Dec. 31, 2022.

LIV Development is currently constructing The Westhouse in Fort Worth, a three-story, elevator-serviced, 318-unit project; and Vecina, a three- and four-story, elevator-serviced, 298-unit community in San Antonio’s Stone Oak neighborhood.  

In 2018, they developed a 330-unit project, The Ace, a mix of four-story buildings and smaller carriage homes in Round Rock.
