Georgetown (Williamson County) — A Texas–based concrete company had their stormwater permit approved for a concrete plant, at last week’s meeting of the Planning and Zoning Commission.

The proposed site, 41.658 acres at 32501 Ronald Reagan Blvd. is in the city’s northern extraterritorial jurisdiction. The development is referred to as Concrete Batch Plant on the application.

Les Garrett with the Uhland-based Five Star Concrete represented the company.

The Buda office of Southwest Engineers, Inc. released the following specs:

  • A 1,632 SF office building.
  • A 10-feet by 20-feet, 200 SF office building.
  • A 3,000 SF shop building.
  • Private water well, pump house and processing tanks with private water lines.
  • Fire tank.
  • Detention pond with two filtration basins.

Site plan.

Blair Landscape Architecture, LLC, out of Austin, rounds out the project team.
