San Antonio, TX (Bexar Co.) –
Scope of work includes but is not limited an image upgrade to the Starbucks in the Exchange Store at Randolph AFB totaling approximately 1,087 sq ft. Improvements will consist of the following; Selective demolition to remove the existing brand wall finishes, equipment, flooring and ceilings; New tile flooring and wall abase; New framed walls for revised spatial configuration; Paint walls and gypsum board soffits;New Starbucks provided equipment; Plumbing; Sanitary; HVAC ductwork and diffusers; Electrical power and lighting; Modify the fire sprinkler head locations as required.
