Rosemeade Recreation Center Gymnasium Addition

Carrollton, TX (Dallas Co.) –

Scope of work consists of an addition to an existing recreation facility of a gymnasium of approximately 27,500 sq ft to include spaces for basketball and volleyball courts, an e-sports games room, activity areas, mechanical rooms, and storage and support areas.

Mezzanine level above courts area with a walking track of approximately 8,200 sq ft. Interior remodel of existing restrooms work also consists of various site and infrastructure improvements incidental to primary project construction.

Trades involved are existing conditions; concrete; masonry; metals; wood, plastics, and composites; thermal and moisture protection; openings; finishes; specialties; equipment; conveying equipment; fire suppression; plumbing; heating, ventilating,and air conditioning (HVAC); electrical; electronic safety and security; earthwork; exterior improvements; utilities.
