This project consists of Roadway Construction for East Loop Phase IV (from FM 51 to Northbend) for Parker County. The work includes, but is not limited to: Proposed 1.75 miles of 2-lane roadway consisting of 0.47 mile urban concrete roadway, 1.28 miles of 2-lane with asphalt shoulders and one 400-foot four-span bridge.
