Corpus Christi, TX (Nueces Co.) –
Project consists of the Repair and Renovate Building 1808 at the Corpus Christi Army Depot. The work includes repair and renovation of Building 1808; this includes minor civil drainage and paving work, structural repair of deteriorated columns and deck; removal and replacement of exterior materials and the roof; removal and replacement of the exterior doors; removal and reconfiguration of interior spaces; modification of the fire suppression system, and removal and replacement of the fire alarm system to include a mass-notification system; removal multiple HVAC systems and replacement of one system in the office lean-to, and provision of HVAC in the industrial work bay; removal and replacement of the electrical power and lighting and removal and replacement of the telecommunications and electronic security systems.
