Memphis, TX (Hall Co.) –
Work includes the construction of a new Field House to be located on the south side of the existing football field. The overall site will not be changed except to include one ADA parking space, concrete sidewalks, and new fencing to secure the football field and Field House. The facility (Pre-Engineered Metal Building) is approximately 5,000 square feet with an alternate space of approximately 1,000 square feet that could be added for a team room or additional workout space. The facility contains 3 locker rooms (boys varsity, boys junior high/junior varsity, and girls) with individual toilet areas for each, coaches office, training room, laundry/storage room, and referee locker area. The new facility will be connected to the existing weight room for easier circulation and security.
