Round Rock, TX (Williamson Co.) –
The work consist of an approximately 47,000 square-foot new three-story Type IIB high school on the existing ACC Round Rock Campus, there will be some earthwork and utility relocation/establishment.
This is specifically for Bid Package 03 (PKG03). The ITB for Bid Package 02 was sent separately and consists of Electrical Gear Early Procurement Items and Chilled Water Relocation only. Bid Package 03 (PKG03) includes all other scope items for this project. Bid Package 01 was already completed on site and consisted of potholing for U/G utilities.
