Scope of work involves the construction of the UTRGV McAllen ISD Collegiate Academy, which is to be an approximately 65,600 sq ft two-story educational facility in the 495 Commerce Center. The building will offer high school students a direct path to a bachelor’s degree. The building will consist of a cafeteria, kitchen, classrooms, large gathering room, science labs, computer rooms, electrical room, custodian closet, administration offices, and restrooms.
