Scope of work consists of package 3 for the new construction of the Middle School #2, approximately 184,898 sq ft.
Work includes masonry, drywall, interior finishes, specialties, food service, MEP systems, landscaping, sports fields, and bleachers.
Proposals need to be broken out between school, site, and off-site.
At this point in time, earthwork, utilities, concrete, steel fab/erect, and switchgear procurement have already been awarded in earlier bid packages.
