Scope of work involves the new construction of a medical office building shell & suite totaling approximately 7,000 sq ft, which includes but is not necessarily limited to selected site demolition, new earthwork, utilities, concrete pavement, concrete foundation, wood framing, woodwork and casework structural steel and metals, masonry, metal roofing, firestopping, thermal and moisture protection, sealants, doors and frames, door hardware, windows, glazing, plaster, gypsum board, tile, acoustic ceiling, resilient flooring, painting; signs, fire extinguishers; window treatment; air conditioning, plumbing; electrical, lighting, data, power distribution and coordination with Owner’s equipment and medical gas vendors.
