Bid Package #1 trades involve general use equipment, field engineering, daily housekeeping, final cleaning, turnkey concrete, masonry/stone, structural and miscellaneous steel, architectural woodwork, waterproofing & joint sealants, roofing and wall panels, spray foam insulation, doors/ frames/ hardware turnkey, storefront and glazing, drywall & acoustical ceiling, tiling, flooring, painting, concrete polishing and staining;

Stucco, turnkey miscellaneous accessories, manufactured covers, appliances and foodservice equipment, window treatments, elevator, fire suppression, plumbing, HVAC and mechanical, all electrical, structured cabling, audio visual, fire alarm, security and access control, erosion control, earthwork, rain garden piping, fabric and bedding, landscape and irrigation, grass pave, fencing and gates, site retaining walls, and utilities.
