This project consists of a ground up, single-story wood frame structure senior rehabilitation and skilled nursing facility, Apex Health and Rehabilitation. There is also a residential type garage/storage building on the site, single-story wood frame. The rehab and nursing facility is approximately 80,164 (A/C) sq. ft. of new construction, approximately 87,221 SF including mechanical spaces, porches and pore-cochere. The storage building is 576 SF. The Building is comprised of 92 units, with a total of 94 residents. There are three basic unit types. Common areas include: Physical Therapy, cultural center, private dining, beauty shop, administrative offices, nursing stations and supporting functions. Plus main dining room and activities room with supporting fuctions and service/maintenance areas.

The work includes, but is not limited to: site work including earthwork, landscaping, irrigation, parking lots, sidewalks, courtyard dining, golf putting greens, multiple yards and courtyards, detention ponds, utilities, retaining walls, exterior furnishings, fences and gates; Wood frame, shear walls, Nurse Call System with Presence Management System, HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Fire suppression water sprinkler system; concrete, masonry, structural steel, metals, ornate fencing, finish carpentry, cabinets, asphalt shingles & gutters, metal roof panels, insulation, openings, finishes, electric fireplace, specialties,

Location: Near Medpark Drive and north of Interstate 35, on an unimproved 6.345 acre lot northwest of Medical City Denton, and south of Colorado Boulevard. Block 1, Lot 1.
