Multiple Concession Spaces for IAH Terminal D – Houston Airport System (Subbid)

Houston, TX (Harris Co.) –

Work includes the construction of 3 concession projects for SSp in the New Terminal D North at George Bush Intercontinental Airport. Bidders are being asked to provide separate proposals for each of the 3 projects; The Kitchen; The Annie; and Cedar Creek Bar and Grill. Please note that these projects will be taking place within the active construction of the Terminal Base Building. As a result of this project being a secured site, badging requirements will not be applicable for this project.

The Annie (2,357 SF) – Interior tenant alteration of existing storage. Work includes new walls, new floor, new ceiling, connecting to existing and adding in new mechanical, electrical, and plumbing equipment. No structural modifications to the existing structure except penetration required for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing. Existing path of egress is not changed. Tenant occupant load increased.

The Kitchen (1,548 SF) – Vacant concession space. Work includes new partitions, finishes, ceilings, mechanical, electrical and plumbing equipment. No structural modifications to the existing structure except penetrations required for mechanical, electrical and plumbing equipment installation.

Cedar Creek Bar & Grill (1,200 SF) – Interior tenant alteration of existing vacant concessions. Work includes demolition of existing wall facing concourse, new mechanical, electrical, and plumbing equipment to service tenant. No structural modifications to the existing structure except penetration required for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing. Existing path of egress is not changed. Existing building use and occupancy does not change.
