Scope will include but is not limited to cast-in-place concrete, dimension stone, fluid applied waterproofing, water repellents, structural steel, steel deck, cold formed metal framing, metal fabrications, rough carpentry, insulation, sprayed-on fireproofing, firestopping, smokestopping, metal roof panels, single-ply membrane roofing, roof specialties, roof accessories, flashing and sheet metal, joint sealers, steel doors and frames, glazing, exterior sheathing, Portland cement plaster, mechanical, plumbing and electrical work, all as indicated. Project consists of three buildings – Medical Clinic renovation (14,491 sf) and two-story addition (4,573 sf); a new Wellness Center (28,400 sf); and Medical Office Building (MOB) refresh (2,300 sf).
