Market Plaza Renovation Project

New Braunfels, TX (Comal Co.)

Work will consist of renovations for a city park.  Phase 1 Improvements is $115,000 which includes a re-design of the park site with the following:  New sidewalk with connections from Tolle and Comal Streets; Permeable concrete on section of the sidewalk to improve drainage and water quality;  New standard park and an interpretive sign displaying the historical significance; Central plaza with picnic tables and trellis for shade; Improved landscaping new turf lawn, landscaped beds.  Phase II Improvements is estimated at $60,000 and would include:  Complete perimeter sidewalk with permeable pavement; A lawn game court – bocce ball with sidewalk connection;  Comal Street trellis for shade and seating; Complete landscaping for the entire park.

Notes:

Addendum 1 changes the deadline for questions, the pre-bid meeting date and extends the bid date from 3/8 to 3/14. Please note, VBX has verified with the Owner that the pre-bid meeting will be held at 3:00pm.
