Work includes the renovation of the existing laboratory space at the facility and provide a new addition to accommodate new laboratory program and supporting mechanical space, approximately 5,009 sf.

The project is located in a one story building with an approximate area of 2500 square feet. The structure is steel framed with a reinforced concrete slab on grade. The new addition is approximately 1000 square feet and is to follow existing building architecture and structure as much as possible.+
