J.D. Johnson Northwest Subcourthouse Multi-Purpose Community Room Build-Out

Lake Worth, TX (Tarrant Co.) 

Scope of work consists of the build-out of an unfinished room on the third floor of the existing Northwest Sub courthouse building to create a meeting room and adjoining kitchen, approximately 58,148 sq ft.

The work includes building new metal stud and gypsum board walls. New finishes include gypsum board and metal stud ceiling assemblies, acoustical panel ceilings, carpet tile, VCT, resilient base, paint, and plastic laminate kitchen casework.

New openings include aluminum storefront, hollow metal door frames and solid core wood doors with hardware. Existing building systems to be tied into include plumbing, HVAC, electrical power, fire protection, fire alarm and IT data. New lighting and audio/visual systems are included in the work.
