Scope of work consists of interior renovations to the Elizabeth Lutheran Church, approximately 2,824 sq ft.

Request will be for the following trades and will include but not limited to: geotechnical investigation, light gauge steel framing, rough carpentry, finish carpentry and millwork, building insulation, metal roofing, wall panels, & soffits, flashing & sheet metal, building sealants, hollow metal doors and frames, plastic-laminate-faced wood doors, glazed systems, finish hardware, decorative films, gypsum board assemblies, ceramic tiling, porcelain, acoustical lay-in ceiling, concrete floor sealer, luxury vinyl tile flooring, carpet, painting and re-painting, miscellaneous specialties, marker boards, plastic laminate toilet partitions, corner guards, toilet room accessories, fire extinguisher and cabinets, aluminum walkway coverings, solid surfacing-countertops, finish grading, termite control, and other related trades.
