High School Gym Expansion and Renovation – Presidio ISD

This project consists of 5,860 SF Expansion/Addition and 10,522 SF Renovation of the existing High School Gym for Presidio ISD. The work includes, but is not limited to: work performed during during facility occupancy; Demolition; Concrete including tilt-up concrete; steel joists, girders, decking; decorative metal; carpentry and casework; metal wall panels; thermoplastic membrane roofing; thermal & moisture protection; metal and wood doors & frames; Aluminum framed storefronts; gypsum board assemblies; wall, ceiling, and floor finishes; Specialties (display cases, signage, bathroom accessories); Fire protection specialties; stage curtains; plumbing; HVAC including split system air conditioners and propeller Unit heaters; electrical & interior/exterior lighting; fire alarm system; Fire Suppression system; Flexible Base Course; concrete curb ramps; Utilities. Alternate: Main Entry Addition.
