San Antonio, TX (Bexar Co.) –
Scope of work involves construction of a premier urban park in the heart of downtown San Antonio. This construction project includes, but is not limited to, the construction of sidewalks, plazas, gardens, ramps, retaining walls, custom metal work including handrails, stone fabrication, water features, structural soils systems, paving systems, electrical infrastructure and park lighting systems, plumbing infrastructure, grading and drainage, tree and shrub planting, grass planting, irrigation systems, park furniture installation, and any other work required for the completion of the project.
Trades involved are site demolition, concrete, masonry, metals, carpentry, thermal and moisture protection, thermal and moisture protection, furnishings, fountain plumbing/electrical, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, earthwork, exterior improvements, and utilities.
