Eastside Water Treatment Plant Laboratory Renovation

Scope of work consists of the complete construction work for the Eastside Water Treatment Plant laboratory renovation. It shall include, but not be limited to, complete renovation of existing laboratory facilities, build out of ground level below lab, renovation of adjacent men’s and women’s restrooms, handicap accessible control updates for elevator, sewer line relocation.

Work also includes additional flowable fill; additional 120V connection points; additional data outlets; additional acoustic ceiling tile; additional terrazzo floor finish; additional LED light fixture; additional 120V power wiring.

Trades involved are concrete; masonry; metalsl wood, plastics, and composites; thermal and moisture protection; openings; finishes; facility construction; equipment; furnishings; plumbing; heating, ventilating, and air conditioning (HVAC); electrical; electronic safety and security; earthwork; exterior improvements; utilities; process interconnections.
