(Design-Build) Repair Building 862 by Renovation at JBSA

San Antonio, TX (Bexar Co.) –

Scope of work involves Design Build services to renovate Building 862 at JBSA Randolph, TX. Provide the Government with a complete engineering design, construction, and warranty IAW FAR 52.246-21, for the renovation of Building 862 including: meeting the new PPA, AFPAA and HQ AETC as administrative space requirement; replacing all Structural Interior Design (SID) finishes and lighting, repair or replace the facility envelope systems; survey and abate Hazardous materials and mold; replace mechanical, plumbing and electrical systems with energy efficient systems; repair exterior site civil drainage;

increase capacity of servicing utilities as necessary to support the new occupant loads; renovate existing parking areas; provide structural modifications  required to install an elevator and modify existing structural elements to optimize space utilization; demolish and replace existing telecommunications systems; construct with cybersecurity measures All Operational Technology (OT) systems with facility controls (e.g. lighting controls, Direct Digital Controls, Fire Alarm Control Panels, etc.); meeting Antiterrorism Minimum Standards; and demolish and replace the fire protection systems.
