Deer Park, TX (Harris Co.) – Work includes the addition of a new 2-story building, approximately 62,239 SF, with additional classrooms and administrative spaces. New reconfigured surface parking drives, walking paths, new concessions, and restroom building, approximately 1,200 SF, for tennis facilities and new green areas. New ‘white fleet’ parking area for district vehicles. Renovation of a portion of the existing CTE programs and classrooms inside of the existing South campus. Base Bid: New CTE Building
