Scope of work consists of the new construction of an approximately 10,722 sq ft pre-engineered metal church building.

Scopes include: concrete foundation, Unit masonry and simulated stone masonry, millwork, door, frames & hardware, storefronts and entrances; gypsum board assemblies; tile and flooring; sport vinyl flooring; acoustical ceilings; wall covering and painting; signage, toilet partitions and accessories; operable partitions; projection screens; volleyball system, athletic equipment and scoreboard; fire sprinkler system; plumbing; HVAC; electrical; fire alarm system; and site work / improvements.
